A Bit About Me
Hello, I'm Sandra! Before I started on this path, I was a public school Art teacher helping students discover their creativity and confidence through art making. Teaching was something I truly loved! And it set the stage for the work I do today.
For as long as I can remember, I've had experiences with the Spirit world. But for most of my life, I didn't fully understand what was happening. Eventually those experiences became so frequent and impossible to ignore, that I knew I needed to find answers. I immersed myself in classes, found supportive spiritual communities, and traversed my own healing journey.
I now merge my love of art making, teaching, and spirit work. I love helping others on their spiritual or personal path! Whether you're wanting to build your intuition using creative methods, find creative healing modalities, seeking answers and guidance, or struggling with grief, I'm here to support you. 🤍

Artmaking with the Inner Child
As an evidential medium, I aim to bring through verifiable evidence that your loved ones in spirit are still present and lovingly involved in our lives. This is followed by beautiful messages of their love and support.
As I connect in with you and the energies around you, Spirit leads the way to bring through validating, loving, and supportive messages and guidance.
To create this painting, I begin by connecting to your energy and noting what comes through. I allow the colors, images and messages to intuitively guide the direction of the painting.
In this workshop, I create a safe container for our inner children to come out and express themselves through artmaking. We take time to listen and support our inner children and each other. You will leave this workshop with an artwork that merges inner child expression with present day support.
